Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are subject to the following policy.
1. Digital Product Sales
All products sold on https://www.thediyplan.com are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.
Once a purchase is completed, you will receive access to download your files.
2. No Refunds
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.
3. Exceptions
We may offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- You did not receive your download link due to a technical issue
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
